CEO WELLNESS SOLUTIONS

Mental Wellness Solutions Services Created With You In Mind

Owning and operating a business is no easy task and while it’s incredibly rewarding to forge your own path and pursue your purpose, it can quite honestly be mentally draining. As an independent business owner, I understand first-hand the challenges that we face as Multi-Cultural entrepreneurs.

As women, we are expected to wear so many hats that despite our best efforts, we often find ourselves searching for work/life balance and support.

No longer do you have to feel shame or stress about the overwhelm, doubt and fear that you may be currently struggling with.

Your mental wellness is so very important to me and that’s why here at the Counseling Space we’ve created wellness services with you, the busy womenpreneur in mind.

CEO Wellness Solutions

The first step in getting you the support and help that you need is by conducting a simple screening process that helps us better understand what’s triggering the emotions that you are feeling and allows us to better understand if it is, in fact, a mental health condition and how we can address the issue with discretion and professionalism.

Our highly-qualified team is ready to provide you with services that cover:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • High Stress

  • Personalized Wellness App

The Write Therapy Workshops

Our Write Therapy guided journaling programs are perfect for:

  1. individuals ready to enhance their healing, mindfulness, and self-development journey through creative writing practices

  2. teams invested in improving interpersonal dynamics and generating more opportunities for team members to develop deeper relationships at work in ways that benefit collaboration, communication, morale, and retention.

Leslie Garcia, clinical social worker and mental health consultant, and Stacia Yearwood, educator and empathic writer, combine meditation and therapeutic writing practices in their mission to build safe and healthy personal and workplace environments where each person feels healed, heard, and whole through the power of right communication.

Why Narrative Therapy?

We live inside the stories we tell about ourselves, and use those same stories to interpret the world around us. Therefore, our stories hold the immense power to free us or keep us in prison. Writing allows you to own your perception and draw more specific causal conclusions about your past experiences. And what you understand, you can change.

What Participants Say

“Excellent and powerful workshop! The space is

not only conducive for deep-sea diving within

oneself, but also for bearing witness to other

dynamic [people] doing the same. This is a space

to come as you are, and write your path -- as you

would like to see it!"

"This workshop was one of the most pleasant,

rewarding, validating, soul-nourishing experiences

I have had in a while. I found so many of the

prompts, the awesome quotes, and the generous

sharing in the safe, intelligent space of this

workshop to be a boon for my writing, for my

emotional wellness, for my life. So grateful for this

wonderful experience."

"This was one of the best workshops I've been to in

a long time. I have been sorely lacking in making

connections with people and this group made it so

easy."

Counseling Space also specializes in forensic social work services.

Forensic social work can be defined as the application of social work to address issues relating to the legal system. In other words, forensic social workers dig deep into the history of a person to determine how social factors, like trauma or abuse, may have contributed to their crime.
As a former case manager in the New York City judicial system, Leslie has firsthand experience educating the court and advocating on behalf of a patient. She understands how both the civil and criminal justice systems operate and will work to present a different, comprehensive story to the court.
